Barbell Club

This class is dedicated to improving your strength and proficiency in all things pertaining to lifting. In this 60-minute class, you’ll receive hands-on attention regarding the snatch, clean and jerk and more to increase your stability, mobility and strength. Olympic weightlifting provides an incredible foundation for improving your mobility and stability when it comes to lifting.
