Snatch Grip Deadlift (build to a HSOD x 5 reps)

High-Hang Snatch (EMOM for 14 minutes (7 sets) )

2 Rep High Hang Snatch

Rest 10 seconds between each lift

Build in Load and Intensity. Keep form strong. If you fail a lift, do the same weight for the next round. If you fail the lift 2 times in a row, go down in weight.
