Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
BurgFit is a 60-minute class where you’ll be challenged with functional bodyweight movements using light to moderate load/weight. If you’re ready to shed fat, tone up, increase your aerobic capacity and strength, then this is the class for you.
If you’re looking to become more efficient in running, building your aerobic threshold, and increasing muscle stamina, this class is for you. In this 60-minute class, you’ll be put through an endurance-based, cardio-dense class that provides the variety of CrossFit techniques sustained over a 30- or 45-minute workout. You’ll see components such as: sled pulls, running longer distances, as well as shorter sprints in running, assault bike, and rowing, kettlebells and much more. This class is tough, but the results our members have seen are unmatched. Coach Olivia saw her 1 mile time go from 9 minutes to 7:45 after 3 months of consistently attending.
