If you really want to initiate the cancellation process at Burg CrossFit, fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch.
1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
2. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. For those who have signed up for a year, you are given a maximum of 60 days to put your membership on hold. However, if you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your written notice as stated by your membership agreement.
3. If you wish to pay the early termination fee instead of providing 30 day notice ($160), 60 day notice ($300) or 90 day notice ($420), your membership will be canceled within the next 2 business days from the submission of the form below. Note: if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specific commitment period requires a 7 day notice (month-to-month), 30 day notice (3 month), 60 day notice (6 month) or 90 day notice (12 month), as outlined in your membership agreement.
Please note that simply submitting this form does not finalize your cancellation with Burg CrossFit - one of our staff members will get in touch with you in order to complete the cancellation process.
